Full Job Description
Genizer LLC is located at the technology park in Irvine, a city between Los Angeles and San Diego. The company is dedicated to advancing homogenization nanotechnology which is a key process for nanomaterial preparation. Genizer provide high pressure homogenizers, liposome extruders, microfluidics mixers. These equipments are widely used for laboratory-scale or pilot-scale or full-scale manufacturing nano-emulsions, liposomes, graphenes, vaccines, carbon tubes, nano particles, etc.
As a Sales Manager, your primary role is to implement and execute the company’s strategies to optimize sales growth and to expand the distributions of the Genizer’s full-line equipment in a specific geographical area. Frequent travel in the assigned area is required for this role. You need to develop worldwide distributors and customers and take part in the international trade shows.
Sales Activities:
Lead in developing and executing sales business plans.
Manage and lead the development of all pillars of distributions within their assigned territory to meet their goals and objectives.
Identify deficiencies in all areas of distributions and use all of the resources available to create a plan or a market campaign to address those deficiencies efficiently 
Participate in national and international trade shows.
Develops a working knowledge of the competition and their ongoing sales strategies.
Other duties:
Work with product managers and engineers or work independently on product service.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical, Biology, Nanotechnology, Chemical or Business, Sales Management, Marketing or similar program is required.
5+ years of experience in a worldwide sale.
Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required. (Saturday open houses, trade shows).
A basic understanding of competitive equipment and competitor’s market tactics is required.
Excellent verbal, written and public speaking skills.
Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
